    Hi, Y'all!!!

For everydobby who asked for the zucchini bread recipe, here it is!
Don't let the name fool ya. This stuff is DEEEEElishis!

    Zucchini Bread:

    3 eggs, well beaten.
    1 cup cooking oil.
    2 cups sugar.
2 cups raw, peeled, grated, zucchini.
    3 teaspoons vanilla.

1/2 cup (or more) chopped nuts.

(A note about nuts: My fave is english walnuts. Just use your fave variety. An elderly neighbor of mine loves nuts, but can't eat nut-bits, cuz they make him kinda choke. For him, Mom ground the nuts VERY fine, instead of chopping them. He LOVED it!!!)

    3 cups self-rising flour.
(If using PLAIN flour, add 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon salt, & 1 teaspoon baking soda.)

    3 teaspoons cinnamon.

Combine eggs, oil, sugar, zucchini, & vanilla in a mixing bowl.

    Mix flour & cinnamon.
    Add to zucchini mixture.
    Stir in nuts.

Pour into greased, floured, loaf pans.
Bake at 350 degrees, until toothpick inserted in middle of loaf comes out clean.

    There ya have it!

I'm only aware of english walnuts & black walnuts...

It'd be safe to assume the accent differs greatly???
