You keep up the good work!! My husband and I are doing the treadmill thing each day, or at least 4 to 5 days a week. We are up to almost 2 miles each time. I have been doing it on an incline of 5.5 to 8.5 with a MPH of 2.8 to 3.0. We are doing this to get physically fit, and for our heart health. I wish you great success with your workouts.
