Me and hub use inversion table to decompress our spine. It works really well for us.

I've been getting back and rib area spasms after doing a lot of heavy lifting in recent months, and I do the inversion table for 5 minutes and it eliminates the spasms.

We only incline about 3 inches on the table, which works every bit as well as going upside down.
