We just tilt about 3 inches on the table,
which works as well as going upside down every bit.
Sorry it has taken me a couple of days to greet you. I had an inversion table and it was a good way to stretch out my spine. I live in a small condo and just didn't have room for it so gave it away. I tilted mine farther than that but any tilting takes stress off the spine.
