This is a revival of a game we played long ago.
Post any song whose title or lyrics has something to do with the heavens or the sky, such as moon, stars, planets, clouds etc.

Hi, GB,

Thanks for a new/old game. With my memory, it's all new for me.

"Fly Me To The Moon"
Holsts' "The Planets"
"Sunshine Lollipops and Rainbows"

Hmmm, just got up from a morning nap so pea brain isn't working yet. I'll be back.

Love, Mikie

Well, $^$&^***!!! Just lost my first paragraph.

Good idea, GB. Nice to see you here, Mikie. There's a song titled Moon Over Miami. Remember when the Golden Girls were writing a song called "Miami?" Apparently
there really is a song by that name. I think it was in Elvis's last movie. Maybe someone
will write a song about the Red Tide. Should be a dirge, I think.

Jeanette and Nelson sang a song in one of their film called 'Neath the Southern
Moon. And there's a song called "Get Out and Get Under the Moon." A cheerful
little ditty. Doris Day and others sing it on Youtube.

Keep On The Sunny Side, Moonlight and Roses, Roll Along, Prairie Moon.
The Stars At Night Are Big and Bright, clap, clap, clap; Deep In the Heart of Texas.
The Man in the Yellow Rain Coat. Singing In The Rain. There's a Rainbow Round
My Shoulder.

Tomorrow; the sun'll come out tomorrow. On The Sunny Side of the Street.
The Shifting, Whispering Sands; mentions the sun and the moon; the stars
and the heavens.

Blue Skies, Smiling at me. Irving Berlin. The sun is a-shining to welcome the day.
Heigh Ho, Come to the Fair.

The Little White Cloud that Cried. Johnny Ray. Moonbeams shining from above...

The Heavens Are Telling from an oratorio by Joseph Haydn. Hymn to the Sun
by Pietro Mascagni. The overture to his one act opera Iris.

I see the moon, the moon sees me
The moon sees somebody I want to see
So, God bless the moon and God bless me
And God bless the 'Somebody' I want to see
