Well it is actually today, the 30th St Andrews Day and I am
S I X T Y
I feel OK about it as i look pretty zippy for sixty (one of these days I will learn how to post a pic) plus having a 12 year old son helps! But as I said to my MIL this morning, "Well I recall when she was turning 60. We were all in Penzance, Cornwall, UK and we (Dan and I) just had been married and she was so upset about being 60." But then I said, "Well as I have been feeling about 100 recently, 60 sounds pretty darn good!!!"
Roses and love surround me Thank you all my board friends for remembering.
Hi Annie,i've never been to Forres, but it is a beautiful part of the world.Funny that we have some beautiful places in Scotland, but most of us go abroad to Spain & the like for our holidays, strange people we are.
I'm just listening to an old Glen Daly CD at the moment to the likes of Scotland The Brave,Auld Scots Mither O Mine,Grannys Highland Hame,Northern lights Of Old Aberdeen to celebrate St Andrews Day.I'll play a song for you on your 60th,
Best Wishes & enjoy your special day.Paul
