The drug is wicked! I know it's common for RA patients but it's more commonly used for cancer. I've been on it for 4 weeks now and it's terrible! I've had all kinds of different side effects from it. I've had RA since I was a child and it has flared up again something fierce, my doctor wants to be very aggressive with it and put me on the drug. Hair loss is a side effect so I am only curious if anyone out there has experienced that? Thank you for the feed back, it is much appreciated...I live in a very small community and don't have a lot of face to face resources.

There are many healing herbs that can help with the prevention or stopping of hair loss. For example herbs like dandelion, nettle and horse tail are great to take on a daily basis. I would also switch to holistic shampoos that do not contain harsh chemicals, that may be the cause.

It's better to take proper consultation from a hair loss expert because as you said you have side effect of this medicine. Its better to talk with hair transplant surgeon. A specialist surgeon will help you in this matter.

I would say that by taking excessive medicines, it also may cause hair fall, So I suggest you my friend then first of all apply some home remedies, stop taking alcohol, stop smoking then see the results after some time. If then you are not satisfied with home remedies then go with the option of hair transplant.
