I am posting this link here - because it is all about POSITIVE ways that are easy to make changes in order for us to pace a bit better.

More to the point, I liked what the author had to say, because it takes real life into account, as well pointing out some very interesting things as well as with humor.

What tips do you have to add to this list?

For me, although one might not consider it as pacing, but using my slow cooker is my way of pacing. We are still getting 'real' food (vs processed crap), but it not only makes enough for several meals - after everything is popped in, I can pretty much leave it to do it's magic!
